Clash O'Clock support
Get help with Google sign-in, local village data, imports and backups, rewarded ads, the floating Bubble, notifications, or the home-screen widget.
Before contacting support: never send your Google password, sign-in token, payment details, Clash of Clans credentials, or an unredacted village backup.

- Your Clash O'Clock version from Settings → About
- Your Android version and phone model
- A screenshot with personal information hidden, when helpful
Account deletion
To permanently delete your Clash O'Clock online account and entitlement information, use the dedicated account deletion page.
Local data and backups
Village libraries are stored locally and are not synchronized to Wistdroid or Supabase. Export a JSON backup before clearing app data, uninstalling, or changing devices. Treat backup files as private because they can contain village names, tags, timers, and plans.
