Delete your Clash O'Clock account
You can request permanent deletion even if you no longer have the app installed.
Submit a deletion request
- Use the button below to email Wistdroid from the same Google email address used to sign in to Clash O'Clock.
- Keep the prefilled subject and state that you want your Clash O'Clock account and associated server data permanently deleted.
- Wistdroid may reply with a limited verification step before completing the request. Never send a password, sign-in token, payment number, village backup, or Clash of Clans credentials.
If the button does not open your email app, send the request to dacaymat.polo@gmail.com with the subject Clash O'Clock account deletion request.
What will be deleted
- Your Clash O'Clock authentication account stored through Supabase
- Your server-managed subscription or entitlement record
- Other server data directly associated with that Clash O'Clock account, if any
What is stored only on your device
Village names, player tags, timers, plans, upgrade data, preferences, and JSON backups are not stored in your online account. Wistdroid cannot remotely delete them. To erase them, delete the villages in the app, clear Clash O'Clock's app storage in Android Settings, remove exported backup files, or uninstall the app.
Timing and limited retention
Verified deletion requests will normally be completed within 30 days. A minimal record of the request and completion may be retained for up to 90 days for security, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution, after which it will be removed unless a longer period is legally required.
Deleting Clash O'Clock data does not delete your Google account, Clash of Clans account, or information independently controlled by Google, Supabase, or Supercell.
